Responsibilities

• Trouble shooting and decision making to diagnose operating errors.
• Reading comprehension: understand work-related documents.
• Writing: communicate effectively with co-workers.
• Communication: coordinate with team to fix customer needs promptly.
• Provide recommendations based on customer needs.
• Keep customers informed of vehicle status.
• Ensure vehicles are fixed, cleaned, and returned without changes to comfort/features.

Job Summary: Express Technicians are in charge of vehicle maintenance and small repairs. They should be able to read, write, and communicate problem solving ideas to be successful in this position.

Responsibilities

• Trouble shooting/decision making: Determining Causes of operating errors and deciding how to fix the problem.
• Reading comprehension: understanding written documents concerning work related tasks
• Writing: communicating effectively with co-workers through proper grammatical and spelling
• Communication: effectively communicating with the team to fix each customer’s needs in a timely manner.
• Give recommendations based on what the customer needs
• Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle, especially if it changes
• Assure that vehicles get fixed and returned clean, undamaged, and without changes to the comfort, convenience features, or audio system settings.
