Job summary

Mills Auto Group is seeking an entry-level technician to perform automotive maintenance on Guest vehicles. This role offers training opportunities to progress into a full Line Technician position, with a focus on Quality workmanship and excellent guest service.

The schedule runs Monday through Friday with a rotating Saturday; Sundays and designated holidays are observed. Starting wage ranges from $16.00 to $17.00+ per hour, with compensation based on skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and routine maintenance.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend services.
• Check fluid levels and perform necessary flushes.
• Inspect tires, rotate and replace as needed.
• Perform wheel alignments and related tasks.
• Grow skills with our training opportunities.

Description

This is an entry-level position that has the potential to grow into a full Line Technician position if desired. This position performs automotive maintenance services on Guest vehicles. Qualified candidates must possess high attention to detail, high quality workmanship, effective communication, World Class Guest Service skills, and the ability to work independently and productively.

Duties and services may include, though are not limited to:

• Completing oil changes.
• Performing multi-point inspections and recommending services based upon results.
• Fluid level inspections and fluid flushes when required.
• Tire inspection, tire rotates, and tire replacement.
• Performing wheel alignments.
• And more as you grow your skills!

Prior automotive experience is a plus, though it is not required. We have outstanding training opportunities available to those willing to grow. Through Dealership and Manufacturer Training this position can grow into a full Line Technician position. Candidates must be passionate about working in the exciting Automotive industry!

The workdays for this position are Monday through Friday, with a rotational Saturday. Our facilities are always closed on Sunday, and on designated Holidays throughout the year.

The starting hourly pay rate range for this position is $16.00 – $17.00+ and will be evaluated based upon relevant skills, training, experience, education and other job-related factors permitted by law.
