Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring for an Oil Change Team Member. Join our growing team of full-time crew members and lube techs, with no experience required and PAID TRAINING to learn oil changes, blade replacements, tire inflation and light maintenance.

Starting at $15.15/hr with base pay and commissions, and a proven path for advancement—over 90% of our shop managers started as lube techs. We offer full-time schedules, weekly bonuses, and benefits including health coverage.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Willingness to learn and positive attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil, change oil filter
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure
• Inspect and top off fluids
• Perform coolant exchanges
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor
• Maintain cleanliness of work environment
• Provide excellent customer service
