Job summary

Quality Dealerships is seeking a motivated Lube Technician to support our Buick GMC and Mazda service teams in Albuquerque, NM. This entry-to-early career role focuses on oil changes, inspections, and light maintenance—providing a solid foundation and a clear path to become a Line Technician.

You will perform oil changes, inspections, and basic maintenance while learning OEM procedures. A professional shop culture, OEM training, and growth opportunities are available in a well-equipped service

Qualifications

• Basic automotive service experience (oil changes, inspections, light maintenance) required or preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn OEM procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in doing the job right the first time.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid services.
• Complete multi-point inspections and document findings.
• Check/set tire pressures and replace cabin/engine air filters and wiper blades.
• Inspect belts, hoses, lights, and basic safety items.
• Maintain a clean bay and follow shop safety standards.
