Job Summary

Do you have a passion for repairing cars, assisting with providing exceptional guest experiences, and being an innovator in the automotive industry? As a Quick Lube Automotive Technician, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our business and customers every day while earning the pay you deserve and awesome benefits! We are looking for smart, energetic, technically-focused Quick Lube Technicians who will help us redefine the car-servicing experience.

The Quick Lube Technician is an entry-level technician responsible for performing the basic maintenance of customer vehicles. This position requires exceptional teamwork and the ability to work repetitively on complex tasks. This is an hourly paid position.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform oil changes, tire rotations, balancing of tires, and battery testing
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance
  • Make accurate use of the multi-point inspection form on each vehicle
  • Utilize product and technical training as assigned by the manufacturer and management
  • Ensure that customer vehicles are returned in the same condition or better than when brought in
  • Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training, programs, and schools
  • Continuously expand your knowledge for new technologies and practices

Minimum Requirements:

  • Automotive technical school certifications preferred
  • Previous experience highly preferred
  • Must have a positive attitude and be a team player
  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must have basic tools
  • Must pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test)
