Job Description

Compensation: $18 – $21.00/hr (pay will depend on experience, education, etc.)

Quick Lube Automotive Technician – an entry level technician responsible for performing basic maintenance of customer vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, balancing, battery testing, routine inspections, and use of multi‑point inspection forms. Must work repetitively on complex tasks, collaborate with teammates, and deliver vehicles in the same condition or better than when brought in.

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, balancing of tires and battery testing.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance.
• Use accurately the multi‑point inspection form on each vehicle.
• Utilize product and technical training as assigned by manufacturer and management.
• Return vehicles to customers in the same condition or better.
• Participate in manufacturer‑sponsored training, programs and schools.
• Continuously expand knowledge of new technologies and practices.
• Automotive technical school certifications preferred.
• Previous experience highly preferred.
• Must have a positive attitude and be a team player.
• Must be at least eighteen years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have basic tools.
• Must pass pre‑employment screening (background and drug test).
