Asbury Automotive Group is seeking a Quick Lube Automotive Technician to perform basic maintenance on customer vehicles and support a positive guest experience. This entry-level role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and ongoing learning in a fast-paced service environment.

Responsibilities include oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, and using manufacturer training to apply proper service procedures. Excellent pay, benefits, and training opportunities accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Automotive technical school certifications preferred.
• Previous experience highly preferred.
• Apprenticeship experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test).
• Must have basic tools.
• Must be at least eighteen years of age.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, balancing of tires and battery testing.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance.
• Make accurate use of the multi-point inspection form on each vehicle.
• Utilize product and technical training as assigned by the manufacturer and management.
• Take care to ensure that customer vehicles are returned in the same condition or better than when brought in.
• Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training, programs and schools.
• Continuously expand knowledge for new technologies and practice.

The Quick Lube Technician is an entry level technician who is responsible for performing the basic maintenance of customer vehicles.This position requires exceptional teamwork and the ability to work repetitively on complex tasks.This is an hourly paid position.

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, balancing of tires and battery testing
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance
