Job summary

Take 5 is hiring Lube Technicians to provide oil changes and light maintenance in a stay-in-your-car, hassle-free service environment. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth from technician to shop manager within the Take 5 family.

Average hourly pay ranges from $12.00 to $15.00, plus bonus opportunities; benefits include free oil changes, PTO, and a 401(k) program. Bi-weekly pay, a family environment, and travel across locations are highlighted advantages.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• You will walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist for extended periods.
• Work in hot/cold weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Always be alert and aware of your surroundings.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Assist customers in selecting oil type and services.
• Process payment for services performed.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
• Maintain shop, office, and bathroom cleanliness.
