Friendly Ford Inc. in Roselle, IL is seeking a Quick Lube Technician. You will perform oil changes, inspect vehicles, and ensure fluids and tires are properly maintained, while delivering excellent customer service to our guests.

The role requires basic technical aptitude, high school diploma or equivalent, and a customer-focused, team-driven approach. Work environment is fast-paced in a modern dealership with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Dexterity with steady hand and good hand-eye coordination.
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills are necessary.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Check and communicate oil level to teammates.
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
• Complete vehicle inspection.
• Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter.
• Perform work on repair orders efficiently and as directed by the dealership.
• Provide excellent customer service, prioritizing the customer’s perspective.

Quick Lube Technician Responsibilities

• Check and communicate oil level to teammates
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary
• Complete vehicle inspection
• Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter
• Clean and lubricate fittings as neededPerform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership.
• Providing excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer’s perspective comes first.
