Auto Dealership Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Auto Dealership Technician to join our team. As an Auto Dealership Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining all makes and models of vehicles sold at our dealership. You will work closely with our sales and service departments to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold our commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify and diagnose issues accurately
- Perform routine maintenance on vehicles, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
- Repair automotive systems, including brakes, engines, electrical components, and air conditioning systems
- Use diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot complex vehicle problems
- Communicate effectively with customers and the service team to explain repairs and provide cost estimates
- Order and install parts as needed, ensuring accuracy and quality
- Maintain detailed records of all repairs, including parts used, labor time, and customer information
- Comply with all safety guidelines and regulations while operating equipment and performing repairs
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in automotive technology and techniques through ongoing training and development opportunities

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or degrees preferred
- Proven experience as an Auto Dealership Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, and computer systems
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve vehicle issues
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
