LaFontaine Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Lube & Oil Technician in Michigan to join a growing, family-oriented team. You will perform lube-related services efficiently and professionally, delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Applicants should be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required, follow directions, and uphold confidentiality while contributing to a positive shop culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service for all customers, external and internal.
• Perform lube oil filter services in a professional manner and inspect vehicles as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and shop.
• Receive service assignments from the service writer or service manager.
• Finish the 'lube' work within the allotted time and set personal performance goals.
• Maintain proper paperwork after every job completion and ensure records are filed.
• Keep technical qualifications current by completing required training programs.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean at job completion.
