You will follow directions, meet production and quality standards, and uphold confidentiality while delivering outstanding customer service. Evening, weekend, and holiday hours may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service for all customers.
• Perform lube, oil, filter services and vehicle inspections as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area and equipment.
• Receive service assignments from the service writer or manager.
• Complete paperwork accurately after each job and file it properly.
• Meet the designated time frame for the lube work and improve efficiency.
