Job summary

Bismarck Motor Company is hiring a full-time Lube & Express Service Technician at our Bismarck & Mandan, ND locations. No prior automotive experience required; you\'ll receive hands-on training and build a long-term career in automotive service.

You will perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks and inspections under the guidance of experienced technicians in a fast-paced Express Service environment with clear paths for advancement.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Mechanical aptitude and genuine interest in automotive work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check, driving record review, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, filter replacements, and basic inspections.
• Gain experience with automotive diagnostic tools, shop safety, and customer service in a fast-paced Express Service environment.
• Receive hands-on training and build skills for a long-term career in automotive service.

Job Description

Bismarck Motor Company is hiring a full-time Lube & Express Service Technician. This is an entry-level position — no prior automotive experience required. You'll receive hands-on training from experienced technicians and build the skills for a long-term career in automotive service. Positions are available at both our Bismarck and Mandan, ND locations with clear paths for advancement.

As a Lube & Express Service Technician, you'll perform routine vehicle maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, filter replacements, and basic inspections — all under the guidance of experienced technicians. You'll gain real experience with automotive diagnostic tools, shop safety, and customer service in a fast-paced Express Service environment.
