Grease Monkey Careers' Lube Center is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Lube Center Manager in daily operations, supervise a small team, and deliver fast, high-quality automotive service. This role suits a dependable leader with automotive knowledge and strong customer service skills.

You'll supervise 4–5 technicians, ensure oil changes and inspections are performed properly, train staff, and uphold safety standards while maintaining a clean, organized center and a positive customer

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Automotive service knowledge, including oil changes and inspections.
• Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Dependable, organized and committed to high service and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day lube center operations to ensure smooth workflow and positive customer experience.
• Supervise, support, and motivate a team of 4–5 lube technicians in a fast-paced service environment.
• Oversee oil changes, inspections, fluid services, and related maintenance for quality work.
• Train and guide new employees on service procedures, safety standards, and customer service.
• Maintain safety protocols and a clean, organized service center.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and explaining services and pricing.
• Monitor inventory of parts and supplies and communicate replenishment needs.
• Assist with staff scheduling and workflow to keep vehicles moving efficiently.
• Work with the Lube Center Manager to support goals and customer satisfaction.
