Role Overview: As a Lube and Tire Technician, you will perform services such as oil changes, tire and wheel services, alignments, and flushes. Your responsibilities include driving customers, picking up parts, and maintaining shop cleanliness.

Compensation: $15 - $18 per hour, depending on experience.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Transport customers and parts safely using company vehicle
  • Operate vehicle in compliance with traffic laws
  • Conduct safety and emission inspections ethically
  • Perform tire mounting/dismounting, balancing, and rotation
  • Change oil and perform basic services as directed
  • Observe vehicle condition and report repairs or safety concerns
  • Maintain shop cleanliness and safety procedures

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Minimum age of 18
  • Ability to work at least five days including Saturdays
  • Basic automotive mechanics understanding preferred

Working Conditions and Physical Demands: Expect exposure to loud noises, dust, fumes, and varying temperatures. Must meet physical requirements such as standing for long periods, lifting up to 70 pounds, and good vision. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
