Job summary

RG&T Solutions is seeking a Lube and Tire Technician in Webb City, MO. This full-time, entry-level role focuses on performing oil changes, tire mounting, balancing, rotations, and basic repairs, plus completing Digital Vehicle Inspections and safety checks.

You will work closely with technicians and service advisors, maintain a clean, customer-ready shop, and participate in ongoing training to build foundational automotive skills and advance within the service department.
