We are seeking a skilled and experienced Diagnostic Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and a proven track record of diagnosing and repairing a wide range of automotive issues. Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance, identifying and repairing complex mechanical problems, and providing exceptional customer service. Must enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform oil changes, replace filters, and top off all vehicle fluids.
• Inspect, rotate, balance, mount, and repair tires ensuring safety and proper inflation.
• Conduct vehicle inspections, check for leaks, worn components, and recommend services.
• Lubricate moving parts and wheel bearings.
• Replace wiper blades, batteries, and light bulbs as needed.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate with customers or service advisors.
• Follow safety procedures and keep the work environment clean.
• Provide excellent customer service, explaining services and answering questions.
• Assist with inventory management and shop maintenance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Automotive Technician.
• Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair techniques.
• Tools to perform repairs.
• Ability to diagnose and repair various automotive issues.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
