Job summary

A leading hospitality management company seeks a Luau Show Line Captain in Lahaina, Hawaii. The role involves overseeing daily operations of the Luau Show, performing as a dancer, and ensuring high-quality performances. Candidates must have supervisory and professional dancing experience, as well as knowledge of Hawaiian culture. Attendance at rehearsals, training sessions, and meetings is mandatory to provide excellent guest experiences. Flexible scheduling is required, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a supervisor or equivalent.
• Proven knowledge of Hawaiian/Polynesian culture, songs, and dances.
• Must be able to read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Luau Show Stage Manager and maintain performance standards.
• Attend all rehearsals and perform pre-show duties.
• Train new hires on choreography and standards.
