Central Transport LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee outbound dock activities, load planning, and the coordination of 30 local LTL drivers and dock staff. Ideal candidates bring transportation industry experience, strong leadership, and a focus on safety and efficiency.

Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred, salary is $65,000-$80,000 with a 5-10% performance bonus; shift Tue-Sat 1:00AM-11:00PM.

Qualifications

• Experience in a transportation, cross docking, or shipping environment.
• Familiar with customs and cross-border transportation.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High aptitude for technology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outbound operations for designated section of the terminal dock.
• Manage up to 30 local LTL drivers and dock personnel to meet production schedules.
• Monitor dock production and ensure KPI goals are met.
• Provide leadership and accountability to drivers, dock workers and dock hand.
• Ensure safety in accordance with DOT/OSHA standards.
