Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to advise large LTL shippers on procurement, pricing, and capacity solutions. You will design data‑driven recommendations and collaborate with customers and internal teams.

This role emphasizes end-to-end project execution, analyzing shipment data, and delivering executive-ready updates. Strong Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and SQL skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of supply chain experience.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and SQL querying.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Advise large LTL shippers on procurement best practices, pricing strategy, and capacity solutions to drive cost and service improvements.
• Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to define scope, gather requirements, and align on deliverables and project milestones.
• Lead end-to-end project execution, including planning, tracking progress, and measuring results with minimal oversight.
• Design data‑driven solutions and recommendations using deep LTL and multi‑modal expertise.
• Analyze historical and forecasted shipment data to identify trends, establish baselines, and uncover cost‑saving opportunities.
• Deliver clear, executive‑ready updates and insights to both internal teams and external customers.
• Support enterprise LTL opportunities through consultative strategy and advanced benchmarking tools.
• Continuously enhance pricing models, analytics tools, and revenue management strategies.
• Develop and customize reporting and pricing tools to support evolving customer and business needs.
