Sanford Health in Superior is hiring for a day-shift care assistant at Good Samaritan Superior, Victorian Legacy Assisted Living. The role supports residents with daily living activities, dining, and social needs in a compassionate team environment.

Shift is 6am–2:30pm, 8 hours, with every other weekend and rotating holidays. Benefits include shift differentials, advancement opportunities, and education support.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with outerwear, shoes, and daily living activities.
• Support residents by passing snacks and beverages, supporting dining, and maintaining a pleasant dining atmosphere.
• Help residents maintain proper appearance and personal hygiene as part of daily care.
• Document care provided and report residents' status to appropriate staff; maintain privacy and confidentiality.

Educación
