• Provides care to assigned residents in a caring, safe and efficient manner and is responsible to perform according to location standards, procedures and individualized resident care plans.
• Assists residents in dining, grooming, and personal care while maintaining a pleasant dining atmosphere.
• Documents care provided to residents and reports changes in residents' condition to appropriate staff.
• Maintains residents' privacy, dignity and confidentiality of personal information.
• Communicates effectively with residents, families and team members and adheres to safety and infection control procedures.
