IMS Pharmacy, a growing closed-door Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy serving Assisted Living Facilities across Florida, seeks a dependable Pharmacy Technician to join a fast-paced, collaborative team. You will contribute to accurate filling, inventory, and patient-focused services in a supportive environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of LTC pharmacy technician experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to growth through on-the-job training and specialized programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pharmacy technician experience preferred.
• Pharmacy Technician License or registration preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately filling and preparing blister card medications.
• Handle incoming phone calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
• Assist with inventory management and stocking needs.
• Supporting multiple pharmacy workflow areas based on operational needs.
• Assist with special project and process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with all company, state, and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support pharmacy operations.
