You will handle phone triage, assist healthcare providers, prepare medications, and ensure accurate dispensing while maintaining excellent customer service and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Pharmacy Technician Certification is required.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Answering the phone, triaging calls, and coordinating with healthcare providers.
• Support the operations and activities of the pharmacy team.
• Provide exceptional customer service and accurate dispensing support.
• Accurately counting, mixing, measuring, and labeling medications for dispensing.
• Assist with insurance matters and patient communication.
