The Courville at Manchester in Manchester, NH is seeking dependable Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to join our nursing team. You will provide direct patient care, support nursing staff, and help create a safe, respectful environment for residents. We value reliable, empathetic, detail-oriented team members ready to contribute.

The role offers 7a-3p, 3p-11p, and 11p-7a schedules with part-time and full-time opportunities; weekend rotation may apply.

Qualifications

• Must have an active NH LNA license.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Compassionate, patient-focused attitude.
• Previous healthcare or long-term care experience preferred, but willing to train.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions
• Support nurses with routine patient care tasks
• Ensure residents rooms are clean and safe. This includes all equipment as well
• Provide emotional support and compassionate care to residents and families
• Follow all healthcare regulations, safety standards and infection control procedures

In this role, you will provide direct patient care, support nursing staff, and help create a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for patients/residents.
