Job summary

Wynwood Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking a dependable Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Maintenance Department on-site. The role focuses on planning, directing, and improving preventive maintenance programs within the facility.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, implement, and direct the Maintenance Department and its activities.
Develop and maintain maintenance policies and procedures.
Assist staff in policies, equipment, and supplies.
Review policies and job descriptions annually and propose revisions.
Coordinate maintenance with Diet, Nursing, Activities, and other departments.
Provide written and oral reports to the Administrator as needed.
Assist in establishing a preventive maintenance program.
