The role emphasizes accurate administration, written correspondence, and delivering personalized service in an in-office setting with standard hours.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED; ability to learn policies and processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with patients and colleagues.
• Ability to research and synthesize information from multiple sources.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook for documentation and correspondences.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while handling workload and time-sensitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Review eligibility and coordinate care planning for LTC policyowners.
• Collaborate with LTC staff to ensure accurate administration of benefits.
• Communicate care planning clearly to customers, providers, and agents.
• Help improve written processes, procedures, and guidelines for LTC coordination.
• Assist with tasks and projects such as claim appeals and form revisions.
