We are seeking a full time (40 hours per week) Chief Operating Officer to join our Advanced Care Organization (ACO) team. This is a remote position.
The annual salary for this role is $310000 / year, with a sign-on bonus of $25000.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibility for the development, implementation and maintenance of effective business functions in support of LTC ACO operational and strategic goals and objectives. This position will be part of the LTC ACO executive leadership team and will report directly to the President of LTC ACO.
This role incorporates active participation in and leadership of the design, delivery and management of effective, compliant ACO operations, as well as design and management of internal and external practice management functions to support ACO affiliated physician provider professional organizations.
Key responsibilities include the effective onboarding of new providers and facilities, including education of and integration into ongoing value based payment program initiatives, the provision of ongoing operational support necessary to ensure achievement of ACO goals and objectives, optimizing all internal and external practice management functions, and executing successful practice transformation initiatives in coordination and collaboration with LTC ACO clinical and provider performance enhancement leadership.
Moreover, this position is responsible for creating and innovating processes to enhance the quality of the ACO and identifying issues and remediating them in a transparent and timely manner. In addition, this position will look for ways to improve our interactions with providers, relevant data provided to them and continued enhancement to our processes.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Business, Health Administration or related field preferred.
Minimum of five years’ experience in development, physician practice operations or other healthcare preferably in an acute care or skilled nursing care environment.
