Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking a LTAC Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care for medically complex adults in a long-term acute care setting. You will perform assessments, administer medications, manage ventilators, and provide wound care, while documenting in the EMR.

You will collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary care team to develop and update individualized care plans to support high-quality patient outcomes.

Formación

• Active LTAC Registered Nurse licensure is required.
• Strong clinical skills in ventilator management and wound care are essential.
• Proficiency with EMR documentation and charting is required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork with physicians and interdisciplinary staff is necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct assessments and ongoing monitoring of medically complex patients in LTAC.
• Administer medications safely and appropriately.
• Manage ventilator care and related nursing interventions.
• Provide comprehensive wound care.
• Document care and clinical findings in the EMR and update care plans with the team.
• Partner with the care team to create and update individualized care plans.
