Job summary

Gifted Healthcare seeks an LTAC RN to provide high-quality patient care throughout assessment, intervention, and evaluation, collaborating with the healthcare team to create care plans that ensure optimal outcomes and continuity of care.

The LTAC RN will dispense medications and manage devices such as chest tubes, ventilators, wound vacs, feeding tubes, and central lines, while continuously monitoring and evaluating patient status and guiding clinical staff.

Qualifications

• LTAC RN skills and clinical capability
• Excellent teamwork and communication
• Ability to supervise clinical staff

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications and manage chest tubes, ventilators, wound vacs, IV drips, feeding tubes, and central lines
• Monitor, implement and evaluate the patient’s status
• Provide guidance and supervision to clinical support staff
