Job summary

Gifted Healthcare is seeking an LTAC RN to provide comprehensive patient care across assessment, intervention, and evaluation stages. You will collaborate with the healthcare team to craft and adjust care plans aimed at achieving optimal outcomes and continuity of care.

The role includes dispensing medications and managing critical care equipment such as chest tubes, ventilators, wound vacs, and central lines, while monitoring patient status and guiding clinical staff. Night shift is 3x12 hours.

Qualifications

• LTAC RNs provide quality patient care during the patient assessment, intervention, and evaluation process.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to formulate a care plan for optimum outcomes and continuity of care.
• Responsible for dispensing medications and managing critical care equipment such as chest tubes, ventilators, wound vacs, and IV drips.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications and manage critical care equipment including chest tubes, ventilators, wound vacs, IV drips, feeding tubes, and central lines.
• Monitor, implement and evaluate the status of the patient.
• Provide guidance and supervision to clinical support staff.
• Shift: 3x12 Nights.
