Vibra Healthcare is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for direct-hire, full-time roles in a specialty LTAC setting. You will provide direct nursing care to medically complex, high-acuity patients and coordinate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to tailor care plans.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• 1+ year acute care/ICU/LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and compassionate, team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to educate patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long‑term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
