Qualifications

• Current RN licensure required.
• Experience caring for high-acuity patients in LTAC or similar settings.
• Ventilator management and complex wound care experience.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, documentation, and patient-education skills.
• Commitment to patient safety, infection control, integrity, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing reassessments.
• Provide advanced clinical care, including ventilator management.
• Manage complex wounds and other advanced care needs.
• Administer medications and deliver evidence-based nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support extended recovery.
• Document care accurately and thoroughly in accordance with standards.
• Adhere to safety, infection-control, and quality protocols.
• Educate patients and families to support understanding and safe care practices.
