Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a full-time Long Term Acute Care Physical Therapist to advance access to transformative care and lead evidence-based rehabilitation across neuro, trauma, and ortho populations.

You will collaborate with Ascension St. Vincent Seton and hospital teams, participate in mentoring and continuing education, and enjoy a compensation package with weekend/holiday rates, PTO, licensure reimbursement, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
• Current or pending state licensure is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (Physicians, case management, nurses, etc.).
