Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Overnight Shift

Location: Round Rock, TX

Schedule: Full-Time | 36 Hours/Week | Night Shift

Pay: $28–$34 per hour (Based on Experience – Negotiated with Facility CNO)

Setting: Long Term Acute Care Rehabilitation Hospital

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing agency, is partnered with a respected Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) Rehabilitation Hospital near Round Rock, TX, to find an experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a permanent overnight position. Position Highlights

Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients recovering from serious illnesses and injuries
• Monitor patient progress and report changes in condition to RN or physician
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist in patient rehabilitation efforts and encourage recovery goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Uphold patient safety, infection control, and facility protocols
  
  

Qualifications

• Active LVN License in the state of Texas
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
• At least 2 years of experience in acute care or long-term acute care (LTAC) setting
• ACLS & BLS Certifications (American Heart Association required)
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
