Job summary

Vibra Permanent Staffing seeks experienced Registered Nurses for full-time LTAC assignments, delivering direct care to medically complex patients while coordinating with physicians and an interdisciplinary team.

You will monitor progress, administer treatments, educate families, and advocate for ongoing health and recovery in a compliant, compassionate setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to excellence in patient care.
• Compassionate, team‑oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
