Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure.
• Inpatient/hospitalist experience preferred.
• Strong communication and team-based care skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily medical management for approximately 10–14 patients.
• Complete admissions, H&Ps, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Coordinate care with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in complex discharge planning.
• Respond to rapid responses and medical codes during shifts.
• Ventilator/tracheostomy responsibilities with pulmonology collaboration.
