Key responsibilities:

  • Preparation of operational reports, for example, OTD (On-Time Delivery), rental/own fleet performance, corridor demand, capacity vs forecast, etc.
  • Preparation of financial reports, for example, related to PnL (Profit and Loss), rental fleet performance, customer margin, among others.
  • Weekly and monthly control of accounting reclassifications and accruals. Monitor and optimize service margins.
  • Internal control of various operational processes. Manage platforms ERP, TMS, WMS. Key user for TMS.
  • Control Extra Costs/Extra Income and POD (Proof of Delivery). Ensure they are recorded on time, according to internal standards.
  • Design and/or lead continuous improvement projects in business-critical areas: safety, billing, service quality, process optimization, etc.

We are looking for:

  • Bachelor´s degree in civil industrial engineering , commercial engineering or similar.
  • 5 years of work experience in similar roles.
  • Advanced English Level
  • Advanced level of MS Office Package (Power Bi, Dashboard creations).
  • Responsibility for assigned and committed tasks
  • Thoroughness in task execution.
  • Leadership of operational work teams in high-pressure environments.
  • Autonomy in decision-making and risk assessment
  • Analytical skills and mathematical reasoning
