The Life Safety Systems (LSS) CSU Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing commissioning, startup, testing, and turnover activities associated with Life Safety Systems throughout a large semiconductor manufacturing facility. The position is part of the Commissioning and Startup (CSU) organization and works for the EPC contractor responsible for delivering the facility from construction completion through operational readiness. The LSS CSU Engineer will lead commissioning activities for fire detection, fire alarm, fire suppression, emergency communications, hazardous gas detection, smoke control, emergency power interfaces, and other life safety systems. The role requires close coordination with engineering, construction, vendors, authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs), client operations personnel, and other CSU disciplines to ensure systems are tested, integrated, documented, and turned over safely and in accordance with project requirements. The successful candidate will possess strong technical expertise, a commitment to safety, excellent communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot complex integrated life safety systems within a mission critical environment. * Collaborate:Actively seeks out others' opinions and input and is open-minded to their views.
