Qualifications

• LSR injection molding experience in manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Manufacturing Eng.
• 5+ years in LSR injection molding.
• CAD proficiency: SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
• ERP experience in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead development, optimization, and continuous improvement of LSR injection molding.
• Troubleshoot molding, process, equipment, tooling, and quality issues.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, DOE, SPC, and RCA methodologies.
• Support new product introductions, validations, and scale-up.
• Develop SOPs and process controls; train operators.
