The Role

We are looking for Law School Admission Test (LSAT) Tutors who are passionate about education and driven to help students succeed. You’ll work one-on-one with students, create personalized study plans, and provide expert guidance to help them excel on every section of the LSAT.

This is a part-time, remote, 1099 contract role that can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.

Responsibilities

• Tutor students one-on-one on all sections of the LSAT Exam
• Tailor an LSAT curriculum to the student’s needs
• Track and analyze student progress
• Create and maintain project trackers to monitor student progress
• Keep students’ families up to date on progress
• Tutor during after-school hours, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends
• Comfort and ability to teach all sections of the LSAT

Qualifications

• Have passed the LSAT in the 99th percentile (copy of official score report will be required)
• Have a 4-year college degree (Bachelor’s Degree or higher is required)
• Experience in working with students; ideally experience tutoring the LSAT in the last 3 years
• 1-3 years of previous formal or informal teaching or tutoring experience desired
• Passionate about education
• Conscientious, punctual, reliable, and organized
• Excellent communication with students, parents, and colleagues
• Proactive and efficient in work
• Team-oriented and coachable
• Enthusiastic and positive
• Ability to teach remotely
