Job Responsibilities
  • Perform disassembly, cleaning, inspection, and assembly for repair and overhaul of the Safran HE family of Fuel Control Units (FCU), Hydro-mechanical Units (HMU), and Engine Accessories.
  • Utilize OEM manuals, instructions, and drawings to carry out overhaul and repair processes.
  • Use standard and specialized tools, calibrated measuring equipment, and cleaning processes to ensure parts meet specifications.
  • Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of components and accept or reject parts based on documented standards.
  • Reassemble components following OEM procedures and perform testing of assembled parts and sub-assemblies as required.
  • Work on rotational on-call duty and night shifts as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of related experience or training preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • FAA Airframe and Power Plant certification is preferred.
Physical and Work Environment
  • Regular use of hands, standing, walking, sitting, and communication required.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
  • Exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and chemicals in a quiet environment.
