Position Summary

Responsible for executing helper duties to assist the assigned crew.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Read blueprints and specifications to determine the scope of work, including location, quantities, and sizes of materials required.
2. Identify all tools required for tasks and recognize safety risks, implementing precautions to eliminate those risks.
3. Use and care of basic tools.
4. Operate hand tools, electric power tools, and pneumatic tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of industrial construction/maintenance industry experience.
• Knowledge of applicable safety rules.
• Knowledge of fire protection systems.

Physical Requirements

Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, and repetitive motions.
