Purpose:

The Student Associate position in the Latino Research Institute (LRI) provides vital office support to faculty, staff and students.

Responsibilities:
  • Support general front desk and office operations tasks by offering an elevated level of customer service and hospitality to visitors and staff.

  • Assist with on-campus event planning, logistics and meeting coordination including material prep and room set/reset.

  • Office maildistribution/deliveryand shipping requests as appropriate.

  • Assist with inventory andofficesuppliesmaintenance.

  • Upkeep office to ensure all areas are presentable.

  • Other tasks as assigned.

Salary Range:

$17/hr.
