Job summary

Pegasus Recovery Solutions is actively hiring for Day and Night LPR Drivers. Drivers are assigned a company vehicle with four cameras to scan license plates in the repossession database and report possible matches. You will operate in defined areas, complete inspections, and log post-shift details.

Expect a 50-hour work week with day (7:00am–5:00pm) and night (7:00pm–5:00am) shifts. Compensation includes $14/hour for 40 hours and $21/hour OT, with potential commissions for located vehicles and

Qualifications

• Punctuality and reliability required for on-time shifts.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for 3+ years.
• Willingness to work with minimal supervision and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Drive assigned routes in your area and scan for license plates.
• Inspect the assigned vehicle and plan daily routes to maximize coverage.
• Complete shifts on time, return to base, and document post-shift checks.
• Be prepared for 50-hour work weeks with both day and night shifts.
