Job summary

Pegasus Recovery Solutions is actively hiring for Day and Night LPR Drivers in Texas. Drivers operate company vehicles equipped with four cameras to scan license plates of vehicles in the repossession database, covering assigned areas until completion and moving to the next area.

Day shifts run 7:00am–5:00pm and night shifts 7:00pm–5:00am, totaling about 50 hours per week. Compensation starts at $14/hour for 40 hours, $21/hour OT, with potential commissions per secured vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record for at least 3 years.
• Age 24 or older for insurance purposes.
• Willingness to pass background check and drug screen.
• Able to work independently with safety as a priority.
• Tech-savvy with general knowledge of car makes and models.
• Punctual and attendance-focused.

Responsibilities

• Drive assigned areas and scan license plates with the vehicle cameras.
• Complete inspections and plan routes to cover the assigned area.
• Return to the lot on schedule; perform post-shift vehicle clean-up.
• Maintain safety prioritization and minimal supervision.
