Job summary

National Asset Recovery Specialists, Inc. in Lima, OH is seeking an investigator/recovery associate to operate an LPR vehicle, conduct field surveillance, and locate assets. You will work with recovery teams to secure collateral and perform discreet interviews as needed.

The role requires a clean driving record, a minimum of 1 year driving-focused experience, and the ability to learn mobile/desktop applications quickly. Training is paid and on-the-job, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with a continuous record of learning.
• Must be 23 years of age or older (insurance requirement).
• Clean driving record with no major violations, suspensions, or DUI offenses.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent, continuous experience in a driving-focused role (e.g., delivery, tow truck, transportation, repo, etc.).
• Ability to learn and use mobile and desktop applications quickly and independently.
• Strong technological aptitude—comfortable with mobile data terminals, scanning equipment, GPS platforms and app-based systems.
• Consistent work history; no frequent job changes or short-term roles (<6 months).
• Follow established protocols without direct supervision while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
