You will ensure comfort and safety while adhering to care protocols in a skilled nursing setting. Responsibilities include answering call lights, accurately documenting care, following individualized care plans, and promptly reporting any abnormal findings or unsafe conditions to the supervising nurse.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current LPN license with the State Board of Nursing.
• CPR certification recommended.
