Job description

Join the Burlington Health and Rehabilitation team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) through our MaxPay Program and earn up to $40.70 per hour!Plus, additional shift differentials on PMs and NOCs, and a sign on bonus up to $10,000 for full-time or $5,000 for part-time that is paid per bonus structure!!!

What is available?

Full-Time or Part-Time PM shift (2:30pm - 11pm) with rotation of weekends and holidays. 8 Hour shifts

Premium Wage Scale:

LPN - $32 - $37 per hour

(Up to $39 per hour with shift differential included!)

Is there a shift diff?

Yes - $2.00 shift diff for PM and NOC

Burlington Health and Rehab is seeking passionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing nursing team in Burlington, WI. As an LPN you will work alongside our amazing Director of Nursing Brigid and ourNurse Managers to provide the best quality care and ensure the safety to our residents: administering medications, monitoring the resident's vitals, providing wound care or other duties directed by the Director of Nursing. Additionally, provide support and directions to the nursing assistants.
