Qualifications

• WA Licensed Practical Nurse licensure (active) required.
• Two years of experience as LPN preferred.
• CPR training by American Heart Association required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the scope of practice for correctional setting.
• Assist RN in developing plan of care and nursing diagnoses.
• Document care, monitor vital signs, and report patient status to the RN.
• Administer medications as delegated and educate patients on medications.
• Coordinate care and communicate with health care providers for community-based care.
